History#

Records kept for the record, verbatim, with the wording of the time they were written: the development changelog before the first prerelease (CHANGELOG-pre-0.2.0.md, once the CHANGELOG split lands) and later dated records that no longer describe the current code. Current state lives in the documents under docs/ and in CHANGELOG.md; nothing here is maintained.
