Query organization audit events

Filters combine with AND. Type prefixes are literal, including underscores, percent and backslash. Keep filters while following next_cursor; only limit may change. A cursor from another route, organization or filter set returns 400.

Import historical audit records

Files historical events from a source system (MIG-016) apart from the evidence this server witnessed: they are never sealed into the local hash chain, are always reported with source import and verified false, and keep the source identifiers. Each record is checked on its own; the inserts and one local audit.history.imported event, which commits to the records through batch_digest, are stored together. Requires an MFA session. Imported records are kept for the retention period counted from the import (category imported of privacy.audit_retention_by_category, else privacy.audit_retention), subject to legal holds; deleting an account removes the metadata, source subject ID and actor display name of imported records about it.

ADV-011. Rebuilds what the subject was entitled to at the instant from retained evidence: account state, memberships, groups, role assignments (direct and through groups) with role definitions as they stood, the resulting permissions, live OAuth grants, the ABAC policy versions and realm policy revision in force. completeness lists caveats: application-owned facts and hook/engine decisions are never reproduced; instants before the retained evidence, built-in roles and roles older than the evidence are marked.
